1. Are CANDECANT fragrances authentic?

Yes. All fragrances are 100% authentic and carefully decanted from genuine fragrance bottles. We do not sell fake or diluted fragrances. Every spray is designed to deliver the true scent experience you expect.

2. What is the difference between the 5 mL and 10 mL sprays?

Our 5 mL Pocket Sprays (about 60 sprays) are perfect for travel, testing new fragrances, and building a variety of scents.

Our 10 mL Signature Sprays are designed for regular wear and provide approximately 100–140 sprays, making them ideal as your monthly fragrance supply.

3. How long will my decant last?

Usage depends on how many sprays you apply daily.

5 mL: approximately 50–70 sprays (around 2–3 weeks of daily wear)
10 mL: approximately 100–140 sprays (around 1 month of daily wear)

Perfect for creating a fragrance rotation without committing to full bottles.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personal nature of fragrances and hygiene reasons, all fragrance sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

Please carefully review fragrance descriptions and sizes before purchasing. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will assist you.

5. Why buy decants instead of full bottles?

A full bottle limits you to one fragrance. CANDECANT lets you build a complete fragrance wardrobe with multiple scents for every mood, season, and occasion — without spending hundreds of dollars on bottles that may sit unused.

6. CANDECANT Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CANDECANT. By accessing or purchasing from candecant.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

CANDECANT reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

CANDECANT specializes in the sale of fragrance decants and sample-sized perfume atomizers. Our products consist of authentic fragrance portions transferred from larger fragrance bottles into smaller travel-sized containers.

CANDECANT is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or associated with any fragrance manufacturer or designer brand unless explicitly stated.

All trademarks, brand names, and fragrance names belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

2. Product Authenticity

CANDECANT is committed to providing genuine fragrance products.

Customers acknowledge that:

Fragrances are purchased through legitimate supply channels.
Products are carefully handled, measured, and packaged before shipment.
Minor differences in scent perception may occur due to skin chemistry, batch variations, storage conditions, reformulations, and individual sensitivity.

CANDECANT does not guarantee that every customer will experience identical performance, projection, longevity, or scent characteristics.

3. Fragrance Performance Disclaimer

Fragrance performance varies from person to person.

CANDECANT does not guarantee:

Specific longevity duration
Specific projection strength
Compliments or reactions from others
Performance expectations based on reviews, descriptions, or customer opinions

Descriptions such as “long-lasting,” “strong projection,” or similar terms are general descriptions and are not guarantees.

4. Product Use & Allergies Disclaimer

Fragrances contain ingredients that may cause allergic reactions, irritation, or sensitivity in certain individuals.

By purchasing from CANDECANT, customers acknowledge responsibility for:

Reviewing fragrance ingredients when necessary
Performing personal patch testing before regular use
Discontinuing use if irritation or adverse reactions occur

CANDECANT is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, respiratory sensitivity, staining, or personal reactions caused by fragrance use.

Customers with known sensitivities should consult appropriate professionals before use.

5. External Use Only

CANDECANT products are intended for external fragrance use only.

Customers agree not to:

Consume fragrance products
Apply products to eyes, mouth, or sensitive areas
Modify, dilute, or misuse products

CANDECANT is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use.

6. Decanting Process Disclaimer

Customers acknowledge that decants are transferred from original fragrance bottles into smaller containers.

During the decanting process:

Products may experience minimal exposure to air.
Bottles and packaging may have minor cosmetic variations.
Atomizers may vary slightly in spray performance.

These factors do not constitute defects.

7. No Returns / No Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final.

CANDECANT does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Personal scent preference
Not liking the fragrance
Fragrance performance expectations
Incorrect fragrance selection by the customer

Customers are encouraged to purchase smaller sizes before purchasing larger quantities.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, customers must contact CANDECANT within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number
Photos/videos of the package and product
Description of the issue

CANDECANT will review each situation individually.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

9. Shipping Disclaimer

CANDECANT is not responsible for delays caused by:

Postal carriers
Weather conditions
Customs processing
Incorrect customer-provided addresses
Lost packages after confirmed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, CANDECANT cannot guarantee delivery timelines.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

CANDECANT is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

A secure delivery location
Correct shipping information
Monitoring tracking updates

14. Fraud Prevention

7. CANDECANT Refund & Return Policy

At CANDECANT, we specialize in fragrance decants and sample-sized perfumes. Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

CANDECANT does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Not enjoying the fragrance scent
Fragrance not matching personal preference
Fragrance performance expectations
Projection or longevity differences
Incorrect size selection
Ordering the wrong fragrance

Fragrance is highly personal and can smell different depending on skin chemistry, environment, climate, and individual perception.

We strongly recommend trying smaller sizes before purchasing larger quantities.

Damaged Orders

We take great care in preparing every order. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Order number
Photos of the package
Photos/videos showing the issue
Description of the problem

Each claim will be reviewed individually.

Failure to provide evidence may result in the claim being denied.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact CANDECANT within 48 hours of delivery.

After review, we may provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Leakage Disclaimer

Because fragrance decants contain liquid products shipped through carriers, minor leakage or evaporation may occasionally occur.

Small amounts of leakage caused by shipping conditions do not qualify for a full refund.

If a significant leak occurs, please contact us with photos for review.

Order Cancellation

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has been prepared, packaged, or shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
